Unpacked Stripes need to be installed in 2 days. To store and keep stripes in the original package for 3 months.

For Regular items: we offer a partial, 40% of the price refund. The value of the applied discount and shipping cost is not included in the refund.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
We do not accept the returns ofgift cards, any custom-made or personalized vehicle graphics, custom designs.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. In that case please contact us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: We do not resell the same items to other customers and constantly produce new accessories for each order. Our products are not stock items and have a limited shelf time of only about three months. Please refer to the description of every product.

You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible to return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
The customer must cover all shipping costs and may be using the carrier of his/her choice.
We strongly recommend sending all the return packages with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
We offer a complete refund or new item, including shipping costs, in case of a production defect or any mistake on our part (wrong, defective or damaged item). Please take a picture of the original packaging and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You don’t need to return the defective item.

Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will inspect it for a quality and damage check to ensure that the item returned is in its original condition.
Wait for the email confirmation regarding the status of your return item.
Once the returned item passes through, we will process your refund/exchange within 1-3 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used on the original order. Depending on your banking service, it should take no longer than 25 days.
Exchanges will be delivered using your primary shipping method, and you should expect your package in 4-7 business days following processing. If you want to change the shipping method, please specify it in your exchange request email.
You will receive an email from us to confirm the processing of your return or exchange.
If the time frame as mentioned has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
